Your name, email address, phone number, property type and any message you send us. Used solely to respond to your request and provide you with a quote.
Your email address, used to send you our news and offers. You may unsubscribe at any time by contacting us.
When you stay in one of our properties, your identity information (ID card or passport) is collected through our online form. This collection is a legal obligation under Moroccan regulations applicable to tourist accommodation, and this information is transmitted to the competent authorities in accordance with the law — it is not used for any other purpose.
This site uses Google Analytics, by means of cookies, to understand how it is used (pages viewed, traffic source, device type). This data is aggregated and does not allow us to identify you personally. These cookies are placed only with your consent: on your first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline them, and you may change your choice at any time via the "Manage cookies" link in the footer. Google processes this data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. It is shared only with: Google (as our traffic-analytics service provider), and the competent Moroccan authorities where required by law (guest registration form).
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the purpose for which it was collected (management of our business relationship, legal obligations), and is then deleted or archived in accordance with applicable regulations.
You may, at any time, request access to, rectification of, or erasure of your personal data by contacting us at infos@clconciergerie.com. We will respond to your request within a reasonable time, subject to our legal retention obligations (for example, guest registration forms).
We apply reasonable measures to protect your data (restricted, password-protected access to our internal management system, secure connection). As no method of transmission or storage is entirely foolproof, however, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
